Marsh in Warsaw is seeking an AR Analyst with German to join our Finance Hub in the office. You will support accounts receivable operations and coordinate cash allocation activities within a dynamic, offshore-enabled team.

Responsibilities include reconciling broker remuneration, processing orders per internal controls, performing month-end closings, and preparing reports to support forecasts. A hybrid work model and opportunity for professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in cash allocation or AR/Cash application.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cash allocation process.
• Reconcile broker remuneration with insurers.
• Process orders/transactions according to procedures.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Verify accuracy of financial documents.
• Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare ad hoc, daily or monthly reports and forecasts.
• Identify process improvements from prior experience.
