Job summary

Marsh is seeking an HRS Operations Team Leader to oversee a cross-country HR Operations team supporting Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, with hybrid work from Warsaw. You will drive a high-performing, customer-focused function and partner with regional stakeholders to deliver trusted service.

In this role you’ll develop the team, recruit and onboard, ensure compliant HR admin operations, and lead process improvements across the KPI-driven landscape.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience managing processes and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the team through workload planning, coaching, feedback, talent development, and annual appraisals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support new and existing team members.
• Deliver high-quality HR admin operations in line with procedures, legal requirements, and KPI/SLA expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for process-related and people-related escalations.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
