Job summary

Qualifications

• A few months of accounting experience would be advantageous, especially in AR.

• Ability to see the bigger picture while maintaining data quality and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dunning process for German-speaking customers.
• Handle incoming queries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Perform open items analysis and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Respond to and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Maintain communication and relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs.
