Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Warsaw is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant to support German-focused financial operations across our Central Europe portfolio. You will enter lease data, issue invoices, monitor payments, and assist with reporting for shopping centre finance.

The role offers hybrid work (1 day remote), training opportunities, and exposure to international real estate finance in a multinational environment. English proficiency is essential; German/Czech is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in finance or a degree in accounting, finance or economics
Strong Excel skills or readiness to develop them quickly
Very good command of English
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of ownership
Willingness to learn how to work with lease agreements
Motivation to build a career in commercial real estate
Proactive approach and strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Enter lease agreements into the accounting system
Prepare and issue invoices to tenants in line with lease terms
Monitor payment deadlines and manage the collections process
Post and reconcile incoming payments
Settle and reconcile property operating costs
Support operational reporting for shopping centre financials
Collaborate closely with leasing, legal, and property management teams
Work with lease agreements on a daily basis (reading, interpreting, applying financial clauses)
