Job summary

Harvey Nash Poland in Warsaw is seeking a software engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications for real-world financial use cases in a hybrid setup. You will build production-grade software and machine learning systems, and collaborate across international teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of commercial software experience, strong Python/Java/C++, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and data technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of commercial software engineering experience

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications for real-world financial use cases
• Build and maintain production-grade software and machine learning systems

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of commercial software engineering experience (more is highly valued)
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or C++
• Experience building and deploying production applications and services
• Exposure to AI/ML development and practical application of modern AI technologies
• Experience working with cloud platforms, ideally AWS and services such as Bedrock
