• Collaborate with Reg Ops and business stakeholders to map workflows to automated processes.
• Prototype ideas from PoC to robust production-ready LLM applications.
• Contribute to long-term roadmap including rule-text interpretation and automated code-generation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior or Lead AI Engineer with experience in Python, willing to join a Project for one of our Key Clients.This position offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the Warsaw office.Are you passionate about moving beyond AI experimentation and building real-world, production-ready AI applications? We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy intelligent, agentic workflows.
