Job summary

DAC.digital Group is seeking a motivated machine learning professional to work on multi-agentic platforms for industry. The role focuses on implementing AI agents, RAG-based solutions, and building tooling within a Python codebase, with an emphasis on NLP and cutting-edge ML models.

Remote or on-site in Gdańsk are available under a B2B contract, with net salaries of 16k–20k PLN or 14k–17.5k PLN monthly depending on terms. Strong English (B2+) is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement AI agents and tests for these agents, and evaluate their performance.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in machine learning and agentic AI to join projects in the fields of multi-agentic platforms for industry. If you're passionate about applying AI-driven solutions to real-world challenges and want to contribute to innovative R&D work, this is the place for you.

Key information:

• 16 000 - 20 000 PLN net/month - pure B2B contract
• 14 000 - 17 500 PLN net/month - B2B contract (days off included)

It is vital that you have:
