Job summary

Jit Team in Poland seeks an experienced AI engineer to design, build, and scale AI solutions for a finance-focused project. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI use cases, from initial concept through PoC to production and ongoing optimization.

The role requires strong Python expertise, hands-on experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP), cloud deployment on AWS/Azure/GCP, and solid communication with technical and business

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of production-level ML/AI development experience.
• Proficient Python and scalable systems development.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, MCP).
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders and fluency in English.

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on designing, building, and scaling AI solutions, working closely with stakeholders to deliver AI use cases from concept to production.

Requirements
