Job summary

Worldline is seeking an API Integration Engineer to join our international technical team. The role involves ensuring seamless integration between internal systems and external clients, troubleshooting, and delivering robust API solutions including ToM and Terminal API.

You will collaborate with partners and internal engineers, produce developer docs, and guide best practices for API usage, monitoring, and production readiness in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• 4–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in API integrations, including the ECR API.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and deliver structured onboarding packages with Documentation, Integration Kits, Kickoff Meetings, and Test Equipment.
• Embed Worldline's ECR API into partner environments to enable secure payments via Terminal API and ToM.
• Produce and maintain developer documentation, sample code, tutorials, and API references; keep guides up to date.
• Advise on best practices for API usage, error handling, and monitoring to accelerate value and production readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API connectivity and interoperability issues.
• Provide technical support and integration assistance for API projects.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure robust integration solutions.
• Communicate technical information clearly in English with clients and internal teams.
