Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Manager to lead a large AP team (~45 people) in a hybrid Warsaw setting. The role focuses on KPI-driven process improvements, automation, and strong stakeholder collaboration to ensure timely service delivery and high quality standards.

You will coach Team Leaders, manage workloads, and drive end-to-end AP processes, ensuring consistency with policies and local requirements. Fluency in English is required; SAP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in AP operations / P2P processes, preferably in a Shared Service Center environment.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience, including team management responsibilities in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of AP processes, controls, and accounting principles.
• Experience with SAP required; knowledge of Basware and Concur would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, workload, and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Process improvement and automation mindset.

• Own end-to-end AP processes and drive standardization, automation, best practice sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain effective relationships and communication with local organizations and act as an escalation point when required.
• Provide AP process expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards and effective resolution of process-related issues.
• Define and ensure achievement of AP KPIs related to productivity, process efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to AP Team Leads and team members, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and delivery of targets.
• Enhance operational procedures, systems, and controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local requirements.
• Resolve operational issues and team-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
