Job summary

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a Finance/Accounts payable specialist to join its global operations in Poznań. You will process accounting data, verify invoices, and support payment proposals in a hybrid environment with SAP.

The role requires fluent Polish and English, a finance or accounting degree, and strong MS Office skills, plus the ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and English; additional European language is a plus.
• Higher education in finance, accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and communication.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounting and financial data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Administering, verifying, and posting invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
• Preparing and reviewing payment proposals.
• Handling Vendor Master Data changes and phone confirmations for sensitive data.
• Communicating with suppliers and internal departments via phone and email.
• Working with SAP and MDG systems in a professional business environment.
• Reconciling vendor accounts, including monitoring and clearing GR/IR balances.
