Allegro.eu S.A. in Poznań is looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to contribute to loyalty initiatives, including Smart! and improvements for our mobile apps.

You will collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate user needs into robust, high-performance experiences. The role offers hybrid work (4/1) with 30 days of occasional remote work. The salary range for this position is PLN 14 600 - 20 825, with an annual bonus based on performance and company results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in native Android Kotlin mobile development.
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).
• Familiar with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and efficient data handling.
• Proficient in writing unit and integration tests.
• Familiar with Git version control.
• Understanding of software engineering principles, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Good communication in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality UX.
