Allegro in Poznań is seeking a Junior Software Engineer (Backend / Mobile) to help shape Listings and Filters in our mobile apps. You will work across Kotlin, Spring Boot 4, and Spring GraphQL on the backend while gaining hands-on mobile experience on Android and iOS.

You’ll join a team migrating core services to Kotlin and JVM and directly impact millions of shoppers. We offer hybrid work (4/1) with flexible hours, a salary of PLN 11,200–15,250 gross monthly, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial software engineering experience with a backend focus.
• Strong backend skills in Kotlin and JVM, with willingness to work on mobile features.
• Genuine passion for mobile apps and learning native Android/iOS.
• Open minded, proactive problem-solver, and able to take end-to-end ownership.
• Polish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend services migration to Kotlin and JVM for Listings.
• Build data and UI support on the backend for mobile apps.
• Collaborate with iOS/Android teams to deliver features end-to-end.
