Allegro is seeking a Software Engineer 1 (Backend / Mobile) to join the Listings (Mobile Apps) team in Poznań. You will contribute to the core functionality of our iOS and Android apps, while migrating backend services to Kotlin and Spring technologies.

The role blends backend and mobile work, offering hybrid hours and opportunities to own features end-to-end. The position requires 2+ years of experience, strong Kotlin/JVM skills, and a passion for mobile development with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong backend skills with Kotlin and JVM ecosystem.
• Passion for mobile apps and willingness to work with native tech.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend services and mobile app features.
• Help migrate services to Kotlin and JVM as part of the team.
• Participate in end-to-end feature ownership for mobile apps.
