Job summary

GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join a dedicated Features Team for a UK banking client. You will investigate complex data issues using DBT/Databricks, drive data analysis across teams and optimize ETL/ELT processes with strong SQL skills.

You will translate findings into actionable recommendations, influence stakeholders, and support data reliability across the end-to-end data supply chain in a remote, globally-distributed team.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of DBT and/or Databricks to investigate data issues.
• Lead data analysis and investigations across teams, coordinating troubleshooting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data investigations and root-cause analysis across the data supply chain.
• Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting to identify impacts and deliver solutions.
• Own analysis of complex data flows, ETL/ELT processes and data transformations.
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Influence stakeholders and align priorities, remediation and delivery plans.
• Proactively identify data risks, dependencies and downstream impacts.
• Communicate complex data issues effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement in data processes and controls.
