Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. seeks an Analyst Business to support strategic partners across Sales, Sales Finance, Operations and HR Comp. You will analyze incentive programs and provide leadership with clear commentary to drive decisions on sales compensation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related roles, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and proven teamwork and analytical abilities. Partial remote work from Cracow is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales finance or sales operations (entry is possible).
• Strong communication skills, and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to work in a team and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end commissions and incentive programs for the business.
• Provide analysis and commentary on compensation plan performance for senior leaders.
• Monitor compliance with compensation policy and investigate commission issues.
• Assist in monthly reconciliation and related approvals.
• Support implementation of approved programs and audit findings follow-up.

Job description

The role:

In this field, the Analyst Business will need to provide support to various kinds of activities to strategic business partner including Sales, Sales Finance, Operations, HR Comp, and HR by providing specialized knowledge of sales incentives and incentive based programs. Provide business analysis and commentary on plan performance to senior leaders to support decisions affecting sales compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Advisors in terms of manages end to end commissions
• Support implementation of approved programs
• Analyze and provide commentary on compensation plan performance
• Monitor and ensure compliance with compensation policy
• Conduct investigations on commission issues
• Monthly Reconciliation Review - the report, add approvals if necessary
• Audit findings following up

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a sales finance or sales operations role (negotiable, fresh grads are also welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and good command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Ability to work within a team environment at all levels
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated excellence in academic, professional and/or personal endeavors. Extreme attention to detail.
