Job summary

U.S. Bank's Elavon division seeks a detail-oriented analyst to join the Customer Due Diligence Quality Assurance Team in Warsaw. You will ensure CDD Refresh and CDD Review analyses comply with procedures and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years AML experience, fluent English, and strong MS Office skills. Experience with other European languages is a plus; you will train analysts and help implement process improvements across

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of AML experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CDD reviews are completed in compliance with procedures and guidelines.
• Develop, prepare, and update training materials for analysts.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires.
• Communicate changes and improvements to procedures.
• Perform periodic quality assurance checks on analysts’ reviews.
• Identify errors and verify corrective actions are implemented.
