Job summary

Tate & Lyle Łódź Global Shared Services Centre seeks an Accounting & Reporting Supervisor to oversee the Americas region's financial reporting and business partnering. You will lead a team delivering timely reports and insightful analyses.

Join a center with over 350 staff, driving accuracy, accountability, and continuous process improvements across finance functions while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in finance/accounting/economics/mathematics.
• ACCA/CIMA or equivalent is beneficial.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance roles.
• Experience with SAP (BW/HFM) and budgeting/forecasting.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Reporting and Business Partnering for the Americas region.
• Oversee Month-End Close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to enable effective performance control.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
