Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Financial Reporting and Business Partnering team, including setting goals and developing staff.
• Oversee financial analysis delivery for the Americas region with timely reporting.
• Partner with regional senior stakeholders to enable performance control.
• Oversee Month-End Close process, cost allocation, and control adherence.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Coach and develop team members and manage balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support preparation of statutory accounts and close processes on schedule.
