Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking an Allocation Manager to lead allocation activities in the Poznań area. You will develop allocation guidelines, oversee system settings, and monitor KPIs to ensure product availability across stores.

The role requires 2+ years in retail, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency (B2/C1). You will manage a team of allocators and collaborate with OPS, Logistics and Planning teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Product Management, Production Management, Mathematics, Trade, or Logistics.
• 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in retail.
• Experience in roles such as Business Analyst (Logistics / Supply Chain) or Allocator is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the retail environment and operational processes.

Aufgaben

• Create and propose allocation guidelines for products and ensure execution.
• Control key default system functionalities (setup, lead time, sales curves).
• Report and monitor Allocation KPIs (Availability Promo and Regulars, Store targets).
• Manage a team of allocators: recruitment, onboarding, development, progress, evaluation.
