in Poznań, Poland, seeks a Space Analyst to develop space and stock strategies across the store estate, ensuring that store capacity, assortment, and performance align to maximise sales productivity and efficiency. Your responsibilities include defining store grading, clustering, and stock strategies; developing store clusters; using clustering tools and models to optimise segmentation; and collaborating with Planning to align stock with capacity.

Qualifications

• Holding a university degree.
• Experience in Space Planning, Merchandise Planning, Allocation or Retail Analytics within a multi-store retail environment.
• Having 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
• Demonstrating a good understanding of the retail market.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to data accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimise store grading, clustering and stock strategies based on space capacity, sales performance, and commercial objectives.
• Develop store clusters based on location, sales performance, space availability, and company strategy.
• Utilise automated clustering tools and analytical models to optimise store segmentation.
• Collaborate with Planning to align stock strategies with store capacity.
• Support bottom-up planning and forecasting by analysing product, location, and time-based performance across regions.
• Analyse performance by MOD and subcategory to identify similarities across markets and seasons.
