Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Depots, Sortation Centers, and Middle Mile functions in Warsaw. This role focuses on data-driven performance management, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis to support strategic decisions.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage 50-warehouse payments in Vision/Jira, and lead continuous improvement projects that align with Allegro’s growth. Fluency in English (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, courier delivery services, or operations management (Depots, Sortation Centers, Middle Mile).
• Proven track record of managing operational projects and implementing continuous improvement (Lean Management).
• Comfort with operational and financial data—able to analyze KPIs, ROI, and CAPEX/OPEX.
• Experience with ticketing and payment systems; Jira and Vision familiarity is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; timely processing of tasks.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• MS Excel proficiency; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• English proficiency at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities related to the operation of Depots, Sortation Centers, and the Middle Mile.
• Gather and prepare materials for guidelines, instructions, and business analyses.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor operational data in courier services to support performance management.
• Support decision-making by calculating ROI and analyzing CAPEX/OPEX costs.
• Monitor KPIs related to delivery processes to ensure goals are met.
• Manage the payment process in Vision and Jira for 50 warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead operational projects driving continuous improvement and growth of the operations area.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of operational budgets to align financial and operational needs.
