Pepco Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a seasoned Senior professional to own allocation and replenishment, ensuring high product availability and optimized store inventory.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage demand-driven plans, and mentor a high-performing team across Poznań markets. The role requires a Master’s degree and 8+ years in retail with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity, plus strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Product/Production Management, Mathematics, Trade, or IT (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years in retail with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Planning & Allocation processes and systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the allocation and replenishment process to maximize store productivity and product availability (KVI and promos).
• Oversee stock-build for new stores, inter-DC transfers, and maintain optimal in-store levels per demand forecasts.
• Provide accurate allocation plans aligned with merchandise financial plans and report performance against targets.
• Drive store productivity through effective space management and layout optimization.
• Ensure store space allocation reflects strategy and store potential across sales floor and backroom, with regular market visits.
• Lead and mentor the team, promoting continuous improvement and change-ready culture.
