Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Kraków seeks an AI Value Management Specialist to drive transparent measurement of AI-driven value across the portfolio. You will review business cases, maintain dashboards, consolidate ROI data, and prepare executive reports for governance boards.

The role requires coordinating inputs from DAAI, Finance, and business units, validating assumptions, benefits, and realized value. You will help ensure consistency across portfolio submissions and track outcomes against

Qualifications

Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business performance management, financial assessment, portfolio management, or value realization.
Experience assessing business cases, investment proposals, and ROI models.
Experience maintaining performance dashboards and consolidating data.
Familiarity with AI business case development, ROI measurement concepts, AI portfolio management, and value tracking processes.
Proficiency in reporting and dashboard tools, with attention to detail and data validation across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review AI business cases against value management and governance frameworks.
Drive consistency of business case submissions across the portfolio.
Own and enhance the value management dashboard.
Consolidate ROI and value tracking data from across the portfolio.
Develop executive-level reporting for the AI Governance Board and senior leadership.
Coordinate data inputs from DAAI, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders and validate assumptions, benefits, and realized value.
