Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, governance, service management, or enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record in defining governance frameworks, operating models, and technology roadmaps in global organizations.
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, risk management, compliance, and audit controls.
• Experience with FinOps, budgeting, consumption management, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Expertise in vendor management, licensing, contracts, renewals, and commercial negotiations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise AI platforms, cloud technologies, model lifecycle governance, and software delivery.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams in complex global environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic service direction, governance, and financial management of Hitachi Energy’s enterprise AI Platform services.
• Drive secure adoption, sustainable growth, and long-term platform services evolution while ensuring compliance, risk management, and cost transparency.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish scalable operating models and maximize business value through innovative AI services.
• Define and maintain long-term vision, governance frameworks, operating procedures, policies, and standards.
• Oversee platform compliance, AI risk management, regulatory alignment, and responsible AI governance.
• Manage budgeting, chargeback, quota management, and capacity planning for platform consumption.
• Lead vendor relationships, licensing, renewals, and strategic supplier alignment.
• Build and develop a multidisciplinary team and set clear objectives and performance expectations.
