Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland SP. z o.o. seeks a strategic and analytical professional to drive value realization across software, automation, digital engineering platforms, and AI initiatives.

You will develop business cases, define success metrics, and translate complex technical programs into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and governance boards. The role requires 3+ years in business/financial analysis, strong SDLC and Agile knowledge, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, technology portfolio management, digital transformation, product management, strategy, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile delivery, product-based delivery models, and technology investment governance.
• Practical knowledge of ROI modeling, value realization, business case development, benefit tracking, and KPI definition.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR, payback period, cost-benefit, and scenario analyses for software development, engineering platform, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Build structured business cases for PoCs, PoVs, MVPs, deployments, and platform investments.
• Define value realization frameworks, success criteria, and KPI models covering adoption, utilization, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Track benefits realization and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Create executive dashboards, value scorecards, and portfolio reports for leadership and governance.
