Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect to lead scalable automation systems and product infrastructure. You will own the technical backbone of operations, building workflows, integrating platforms, and ensuring reliability across client projects.

The role sits at the intersection of automation engineering, product development, and client communication, requiring clear explanations to non-technical stakeholders and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
• Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience connecting CRMs with email platforms, calendars, payments, and project tools.
• Data structuring experience using Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Experience implementing AI into workflows and business processes.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
