Huzzle is hiring a Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization of scalable automation systems and product infrastructure. Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel (HighLevel).
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) and system integrations.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks and CRM/email/calendar/payments/project-tool integrations.
• Data structuring with Airtable or Google Sheets.
• Experience implementing AI into workflows and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Product & Documentation: audit, optimize, and scale client-facing automation systems.
• Build advanced automation workflows using GoHighLevel, n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (SOPs, guides).
• Integrate tools and platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Client Solutions: design end-to-end AI/automation systems for clients.
• Build workflows for lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales pipelines.
• Architect integrations across CRM, email, calendars, payments, and project tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot live systems for reliability and scalability.
• Communication & Support: translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Advise clients on implementation strategies; create technical content.
• Provide ongoing technical support across systems.
• Internal Infrastructure: scale internal automation systems for onboarding, operations, data mgmt.
• Build and maintain CRM systems (GoHighLevel).
• Ensure systems are reliable and scalable.
