Job summary

Glorium Technologies Corp is seeking an Automation Specialist to design and implement workflow solutions for commercial projects. You will analyze client processes, integrate tools, and build automated systems using low-code and Python to reduce manual work.

You will own automation delivery across Make, n8n, Zapier, and CogniAgent, develop API and webhook integrations with CRMs/ERPs, and write Python scripts for custom logic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business process automation and workflow design.
• Experience with AI-powered automation tools.
• Strong experience with Make, n8n or Zapier.
• Medium Python knowledge for data manipulation and solid SQL skills.
• Deep understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON and data management principles.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to explain solutions to clients.
• English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' business processes and propose automation solutions.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Analyzing clients' business processes, gathering requirements, and proposing automation solutions
• Building and optimizing automation workflows using Make, n8n, Zapier, and CogniAgent
• Developing reliable API and webhook-based integrations between CRMs, ERPs, and marketing platforms
• Writing Python scripts for complex custom automation logic when standard low-code features are insufficient
• Working with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, writing SQL queries, and ensuring data synchronization
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and scaling existing automations to ensure stability
