Job summary

Abacus.AI in Poland is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect/Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy AI systems at customer sites. You will own architecture, integration code, and rollout, working shoulder-to-shoulder with customer teams.

This role emphasizes code, design sessions, and direct customer impact across data sources, APIs, and downstream systems, with opportunities to influence product roadmaps and executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of GenAI landscape, including prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
• A strong grasp of the ML lifecycle from data prep to evaluation metrics.
• Proven track record of managing technical software rollouts within large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Architecture & Integration Design: design how Super Assistant fits into the client stack and produce reference architectures.
• Ship Vibe-Coded Apps & Integrations: prototype applications and integrations directly for customers.
• Drive Super Assistant Rollout as Technical Lead: own deployment end-to-end across customer teams.
• Translate Requirements into Technical Execution: align customer goals with production needs.
• Feed the Product Roadmap: provide pattern insights to influence priorities.
• Lead Executive & Technical QBRs: present deployment progress and ROI to stakeholders.
• Expansion Discovery: identify new use cases with Sales to expand platform value.
