Job summary

GlobalLogic in Poland is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Product Architect to bridge core platform AI capabilities with enterprise clients in FinTech and enterprise SaaS. You will design autonomous AI workflows and oversee end-to-end deployment within regulated environments.

The role demands hands-on building, deep product architecture, and the ability to communicate ROI to executives while partnering with client teams to deliver scalable, compliant AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering, enterprise product or solution architecture.
• 5+ years delivering high-scale products in FS or Enterprise SaaS.
• Fluent with modern AI stack, tools, and IDE-based assistants.

Responsibilities

• Architect Intent-Driven AI workflows for financial domain logic.
• Design RAG pipelines and vector DB architectures for large data sources.
• Bridge legacy core systems with secure architecture and MCP implementations.
• Accelerate feature delivery with autonomous delivery loops and tests.
• Implement AI governance, deterministic controls, and compliance checks.
• Measure engineering velocity and provide executive-level architectural input.
• Embed within client engineering teams and translate business goals to AI specs.
• Hands-on in RAG, vector DBs, evaluation frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration.
