Job summary

Hiberus is seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that optimise business processes. You will work across IT, business, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable and secure AI systems, integrating models with existing applications and building robust CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires hands-on AI/ML experience, strong cloud skills (Azure preferred), and a focus on security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in the IT sector (software development, DevOps or related fields).
• Programming experience (Python, Java, C#).
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (OpenShift / Kubernetes).
• Experience in building and implementing AI/ML solutions or process automation.
• Ability to work at the business–technology interface.
• Knowledge of IT security and data processing in regulated environments.
• Ability to analyse processes and identify opportunities for automation.

Responsibilities
