Job summary

Look4IT is seeking an AI Security Lead to ensure security controls for AI platforms and models are thoughtfully designed, continuously maintained, and embedded into engineering and operations.

You will collaborate with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, Platform Security and Security Management teams to extend security services with AI-specific patterns, and to build scalable guardrails across business units.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating AI security controls.
• Strong integration into SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security and CI/CD.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and threats.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act.
• Shaping multi-year security capability roadmaps and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for AI platforms, models and data pipelines.
• Embed AI security requirements into engineering, MLOps, and daily processes.
• Collaborate with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, Platform Security, and Security Management teams.
• Establish scalable security patterns and guardrails for AI use cases.
• Act as enterprise expert on emerging AI risks and mitigate them.
• Integrate AI security controls into enterprise AI/ML platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
