Job summary

Attio is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to build and guide Attio’s Product Security function, spanning application security and security operations. You will partner with Engineering Leadership to embed secure-by-design practices and manage major security incidents, driving remediation and root-cause analysis.

The role includes recruiting a world-class security team, establishing scalable security programs, and aligning with AI-driven product development.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of application security in a large-scale multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Experience designing and operating secure software development lifecycle processes.
• Strong incident response capabilities across detection, remediation, and post-incident action.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function for a large AI-native SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to ensure secure-by-design practices.
• Lead security incident response and drive remediation plans to resolution.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality Security Engineers and SecOps professionals.
• Define security governance and risk management in collaboration with stakeholders.
