Job summary

Look4IT Sp. z o. o.

is seeking an AI Security Engineer in Wroclaw to design, implement, and maintain security controls for AI platforms and models. You will embed AI security requirements into engineering, MLOps, and operations while collaborating with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, and Platform Security teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience with AI/ML security techniques and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing and operating enterprise security controls.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML platforms and AI threats.
• Ability to embed security controls into enterprise workflows.
• Hands-on AI/ML security techniques and tools.
• English language proficiency; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for AI platforms and models.
• Embed AI security requirements into engineering, MLOps, and operations.
• Collaborate with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud & Platform Security teams to extend services with AI capabilities.
• Establish scalable security patterns and guardrails for AI use cases across business units.
• Act as enterprise expert on AI risks and mitigate them before incidents.
• Work with stakeholders to integrate AI security into CI/CD pipelines.
