Fresenius Digital Technology is seeking an IT security specialist to design, implement and maintain AI security controls across AI platforms, models, data pipelines, and inference environments.

You will collaborate with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security and CI/CD teams, embedding AI security into engineering workflows and helping shape enterprise AI risk management within a global healthcare group.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, operating and scaling enterprise security controls for AI platforms and models.
• Ability to embed AI security requirements into engineering, MLOps and day-to-day processes.
• Strong collaboration with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security and Platform Security teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls for AI platforms, models, data pipelines and inference environments.
• Embed AI security requirements into engineering, MLOps, and day-to-day operational processes.
• Collaborate with SOC/CERT, IAM, Cloud Security, Platform Security and Security Management to extend services with AI-specific capabilities.
• Establish scalable security patterns and guardrails for AI use cases across business units.
• Act as the enterprise expert on emerging AI risks and mitigate them before incidents.
• Integrate AI security controls into enterprise AI/ML platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
