Job summary

A leading digital bank in Poland is seeking an experienced AI Risk Manager to lead the IT Risk Management Framework and ensure the compliant deployment of AI/ML technologies. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in software development and 2 years in Model Risk or AI/ML Governance. Key responsibilities include framework leadership, control automation, and regulatory assurance. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Minimum 2 years in Model Risk, AI/ML Governance, or Quantitative/Technology Risk.
• Deep practical experience developing risk/governance frameworks for AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle and MLOps principles.
• Excellent knowledge of current and emerging regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of the IT Risk Management Framework.
• Define and embed the 2LoD control infrastructure across the AI lifecycle.
• Drive the use of automated tools for continuous Control Effectiveness Assessment.
• Act as the subject matter expert on AI risk and compliance obligations.
• Introduce governance and risk standards for new technologies.
