Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland is seeking an AI Model Governance and Validation Specialist to strengthen model risk governance for AI/ML use cases. You will lead validations, assess risks in banking processes, and collaborate with use case owners and developers.

The role requires knowledge of AI techniques, data analysis, and programming in Python/R/SQL, with a university degree in a quantitative field. Remote work options in Poland are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or a regulated industry is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of AI/ML techniques and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL or equivalent tools.
• University degree in a quantitative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop risk management framework for AI/ML.
• Drive AI governance and model risk standards with stakeholders.
• Assess risks from AI use cases, including bias and explainability.
• Plan and perform independent validations of AI/ML use cases.
• Support inventory management and risk reporting for AI systems.
