Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Senior Expert to own end-to-end AI adoption in Risk, from concept refinement to controlled adoption. You will work across COO Risk on AI-enabled solutions, with autonomy to define direction and influence many stakeholders in an international setting.

You will design PoCs with ING Analytics, tune LLMs, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with Tech, Analytics, CDO and IT teams.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in credit risk, risk models, or risk process transformation within a regulated environment.
Working knowledge of AI concepts and applications, including identifying where AI or LLMs can enhance risk outcomes.
Hands-on expertise in SAS, Python, and SQL applied to analytical or model processes.

Responsibilities

Own AI adoption use cases across the Risk lifecycle and refine them.
Design and build proof-of-concept solutions with ING Analytics teams using AI/LLMs.
Leverage and tune existing LLMs and tools (Office Copilot, Github Copilot, Gemini, Claude).
Work hands-on with Python, SAS, and SQL to support PoC development, testing, evaluation.
Translate PoC outcomes into scalable adoption across COO Risk.
Advise stakeholders on feasibility, risks, and value of AI adoption in Credit Risk.
Ensure solutions meet traceability, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
Drive change across teams without formal line responsibility.
