Job summary

Magentateam is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead end-to-end AI initiatives within the Automation & Innovation Department in Poland. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery aligned with AI governance and enterprise standards.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, fluent English, and solid knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps. You will operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment and own project delivery from pilot to production,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in AI, data, digital transformation, or technology environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in matrix and international environments
• Good understanding of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven products
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with AI governance, GenAI solutions, or MLOps concepts
