T Hub в рамках T-Mobile Polska ищет инженера по AI/DevOps для разработки и эксплуатации сложных AI‑решений, включая чат‑боты и LLM‑приложения. Работа в международных проектах, преимущественно удаленная.

Требуется опыт в Kubernetes, Ansible, Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins, ArgoCD), мониторинг (Grafana, Prometheus, Langsmith), GitOps; владение Python/Java; английский C1; гибкость и хорошие коммуникации.

Qualifications

• Ст.degree в области Computer Science или смежной области.
• Практический опыт работы с Kubernetes, Ansible и Docker.
• Опыт CI/CD, Jenkins и ArgoCD.
• Опыт мониторинга (Grafana, Prometheus, Langsmith).
• Опыт GitOps.
• Софтовая инженерия на Python, Java или аналогичном.
• Опыт работы хотя бы с одной облачной платформой, например Azure.
• Высокая самостоятельность и хорошие коммуникационные навыки.
• Знание английского на уровне C1.
• Желателен опыт разработки AI–решений с RAG, LangChain или LlamaIndex.
• Желателен опыт веб‑разработки (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, Vue).

Responsibilities

• Разработка и эксплуатация сложных AI‑решений, включая чат‑боты и LLM‑приложения.
• Создание RAG‑решений на локальном и облачном стеке с Kubernetes, Ansible и Docker.
• Сотрудничество с международными командами; преимущественно удаленная работа.
• Использование MS Teams для ежедневной коммуникации.
• Вклад в текущие AI и проекты по автоматизации.

T Hub is an innovation initiative within T-Mobile Polska that develops modern AI, cloud, and automation solutions for international projects across Deutsche Telekom Group.

Задачи

• Develop and operate complex AI solutions, including chatbots, service bots, and LLM-based applications
• Build on-premise and cloud RAG solutions using Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker
• Collaborate with international teams, mainly working remotely
• Use MS Teams for daily communication
• Contribute to ongoing AI and automation projects

Требования

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Docker
• Experience with CI/CD, including Jenkins and ArgoCD
• Experience with monitoring tools, including Grafana, Prometheus, and Langsmith
• Experience with GitOps
• Software engineering background with Python, Java, or similar
• Experience with at least one cloud platform, such as Azure
• High independence and strong communication skills
• English at C1 level
• Nice to have: experience in AI development with RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or MCP
• Nice to have: experience in web development with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, or Vue
