Job summary

G2A.COM in Warsaw is seeking an AI Program Coordinator / PMO to guide AI initiatives across the business. You'll work with the Chief Data & AI Officer to gather ideas, pilot projects, and evaluate results, turning concepts into structured programs.

You will build a single source of truth for AI knowledge, manage an internal AI hub, and ensure information is accessible. The role blends business, people, and AI, requiring organized people who can ask the right questions and drive action.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience coordinating projects or PMO roles in IT/tech/e-commerce.
• Strong ability to gather requirements, structure information, and present concise notes.
• Comfort with AI tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AI pilots and projects with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Maintain internal AI knowledge hub and shared guidelines.
• Support governance with budgets, licenses, and approvals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.
