• Several years of experience delivering AI, GenAI, automation or data-driven solutions in business environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured use cases and backlog items.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT and governance areas.
• Strong understanding of AI applications in practice, value, feasibility and risks.

• Shape AI use cases from idea to clear scope, requirements and priorities.
• Translate business needs into structured user stories and backlog items.
• Collaborate with business, technology, governance teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable and embedded in underwriting processes.
