ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Data Scientist IV to identify and shape AI-driven use cases across the Credit Risk lifecycle in a regulated banking environment. You will collaborate with Risk, Analytics, and Technology teams to design PoCs, evaluate AI tools, and translate insights into scalable, compliant solutions.

You will work in an international setting, leveraging Python, SAS and SQL to deliver value while ensuring governance and auditability of models and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SAS and SQL.
• Experience with modern AI ecosystems, including Copilot, LLMs and automation platforms.
• Understanding constraints of building compliant AI solutions in a highly regulated banking sector.
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership, and driving change across complex organizations.
• Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across business and technical areas.

• Identify and shape high-impact AI use cases across the Credit Risk model lifecycle.
• Design and build proof-of-concept solutions with Risk, Analytics and Technology teams.
• Explore, evaluate and leverage AI technologies, including LLMs and Copilot.
• Apply your expertise in Python, SAS and SQL to develop innovative solutions.
• Turn successful experiments into scalable, sustainable solutions across COO Risk.
• Act as a trusted AI advisor for Credit Risk stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI by translating technologies into practical solutions.
• Collaborate with international teams across Risk, Analytics, Technology, Data and Compliance.
• Ensure AI-enabled solutions meet governance, traceability and regulatory requirements.
