Responsibilities

• Independently drive AI use cases end-to-end from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations, IT and AI teams to identify AI opportunities and translate needs into solutions.
• Assess and prioritize opportunities based on value, feasibility and impact.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, coordinating stakeholders and actions.
• Drive adoption of internal AI tools through use cases, demonstrations, training and knowledge sharing.
• Gather user feedback and identify improvements for AI solutions and processes.
• Ensure AI initiatives follow governance, responsible AI, data protection and security requirements.
• Track adoption, business outcomes and value delivered by implemented AI solutions.
