Job summary

Assembly Europe is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead a team in delivering AI-powered search strategies for multi-market clients. You will oversee performance, reporting, and client relationships while steering the team toward best-in-class paid search practices.

You will guide Senior/Account Executives, ensuring high standards, timely delivery, and rigorous data-driven decision making across campaigns, budgets, and client objectives.

Qualifications

Must have strong data analysis skills and experience in digital marketing.
Proven expertise in paid search across multiple markets.
Ability to manage projects and priorities with precision and speed.
Demonstrated accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and financial accountability.
Experience managing large multi-market client budgets for search campaigns.
Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Lead client management efforts, ensuring SLAs and timely delivery.
Own and present segments of client presentations and strategy discussions.
Coach and develop Senior/Executive team members in paid search practices.
