Job summary

Assembly Digital Commerce is seeking a Paid Search Manager to lead a team of Senior/Account Executives, driving AI-powered paid search campaigns and client success. You will translate briefs into effective search strategies and own the client-facing presentations and outcomes.

You will partner with clients, media owners, and tech partners to optimize performance, deliver insights, and nurture team development within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

• Success will be measured by no account errors, constant account monitoring, improved performance and business growth for our clients, timely project completion, effective communication and great client feedback.
• Development of junior team members through mentoring and objective achievement is a key indicator of leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid search campaigns and own segments of client presentations and meetings.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and deliver on time using workflow systems.
• Contribute to search strategy using data and actionable insights.
• Lead and develop the team of Senior/Executives, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with clients, media owners and tech partners to drive performance improvements.
