Job summary

Madiff is seeking an AI-Powered Business Manager to drive enterprise IT consulting growth in Poland. You will win new accounts, build a robust pipeline, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

The role requires fluency in Polish and English and a passion for AI and Digital Transformation. In this hybrid Warsaw/remote-capable position, you will collaborate with AI, Delivery, and Recruitment teams to shape strategic client partnerships and deliver high-value AI,

Qualifications

5+ years in IT consulting, technology services, or IT sales roles.
Proven track record winning enterprise clients and building revenue from scratch.
Strong understanding of enterprise technology services and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Open new customer accounts and generate revenue.
Build a strong sales pipeline across sectors including banking, insurance, fintech, telecom, and retail.
Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature and account growth.
Negotiate pricing, margins and cooperation models with enterprise buyers.
Collaborate with recruitment, AI, and delivery teams to provide high‑quality solutions.
Maintain pipeline, forecasts, and CRM discipline.
