Job summary

Capgemini Polska's Insights & Data team seeks a Senior Big Data/Snowflake Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics-ready data stores.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize data models, and ensure data integrity across cloud platforms, with hands-on Snowflake experience and strong SQL skills. The role supports hybrid work and growth opportunities in AI and ML projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Big Data or Cloud projects with Snowflake hands-on experience.
• Understanding of Snowflake pricing and cost optimization.
• Experience designing data transformation pipelines with Snowflake or partners.
• Knowledge of Snowflake security model and basic SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
• Optimize data models and schemas for performance.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across the lifecycle.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to address issues.
• Plan and execute migration from on-prem to Snowflake.
• Develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
