Job summary

OLX Group in Poland is seeking a software engineer to join cross-functional teams across Motors, Real Estate, OLX Classifieds or Platforms, working remotely from Poland.

You’ll contribute to scalable, high-impact systems using Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP, with AWS, Terraform, and CloudFormation, and you’ll own AI-driven workflow enhancements, testing, and documentation.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis) and a strong user-first mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in software development with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached) and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to write structured prompts for multi-step tasks and manage AI context.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technically to complex projects and drive execution in cross-functional teams.
• Use AI to accelerate delivery, generate tests and documentation, and own every line that ships.
